Condo conversion project
238 Saratoga st East Boston
The building was purchased as gutted 3 family and was completely renovated to the stubs. We went through Boston Board of Appeals and got approved for 4 units.
We created 4 beautiful, spacious and modern condos that features high ceilings, marble bathrooms, professional chef eat-in kitchen with designer quartz counter-tops, subway back-splash, high-end LG stainless steel appliances and elegant modern shaker cabinets. Sun-filled master bedrooms with bay windows and spacious mirror closets. New central A/C and heating system, washer and dryer in the unit, new electrical and plumbing, new rubber roof and windows, gleaming hardwood floors. The building is fully sprinkled and has storm management system in the yard.
The area is hot and trendy Eagle Hill and the market is very active for condos. Young professionals are moving to the area intensively and condos prices expected to grow fast. It is one of the most active areas for condo conversion purposes.
Neighborhood
East Boston
Established in 1836, the neighborhood was created using landfill to connect five Boston Harbor islands. Its waterfront location made it a hub for shipbuilding and other marine industries—a legacy that still shapes the area today.
The neighborhood is a vibrant mix of longtime Italian and Irish residents and newer arrivals from Central and South America and Southeast Asia. Its diverse culture is reflected in the wide variety of restaurants, shops, and community traditions.
