Ted shares with his clients an intelligent view of the market, keen insights, and an enthusiasm and patience rarely found in real estate. He offers an extensive repertoire of service skills as your advocate; when you are selling or buying a property, and/or as you put the pieces together to relocate and rent for a time. He knows, first hand, the exciting challenges involved in deciding to move, be it across town or across the ocean; he is your point man to make the transition as smooth and pleasant as possible. In all negotiations and transactions, he demonstrates a sensitive, professional and efficient, client-based focus to his work. Ted has a background in sales and marketing, education management and teaching. Several years ago he returned to his native New England after working and living in Europe where he completed his graduate studies. Ted's sense of adventure, love of learning, and his creative nature all find their home in real estate. He is very glad to be a part of Sunrise Realty and Investment, where he applies his experience and diverse skill set with confidence and integrity. He knows and loves the diverse international flavor of the Greater Boston/Cambridge area, and when not matching properties and people, he enjoys hiking and camping with his family, cooking, playing tennis, sailing, and listening to good music of all genres.
